Websites & lead systems
Most websites just sit there.
Yours will ring.
SEO-optimised sites built by hand — no templates, no drag-and-drop. And behind it, if you want it, AI services that answer every enquiry you miss, chases the quotes you forget and collects your Google reviews on its own.
Built for plumbers
That's the real thing loading above, not a picture of it. Ridgeline isn't a real company though — it's a demo, built to show you the standard of the work rather than to rank on Google. A real build gets a separate page for every service you offer, written and structured so each one can be found on its own. That part doesn't show in a preview.
Getting found
Three ways a customer ends up ringing you.
A website only earns its money if it's sat in the right place when somebody needs what you do. All three of these get set up properly — not just the pretty bit in the middle.
Google Business Profile
The three businesses in the map box above the search results take most of the calls. Your profile gets set up, filled in properly and linked to the site — and the reviews that push you up it get collected automatically.
Search results
Someone searches for the exact thing you sell in the exact town you sell it in. They should land on a page about that one thing — which is what a page per service is for. Written properly, not stuffed with keywords.
The referral who checks you out
Plenty of your work comes by word of mouth, and nearly every one of them looks you up before they ring. This is where a dated site — or no site at all — quietly costs you jobs you'd already won.
Work it out yourself
What the enquiries you miss are costing you.
Drag the sliders. Most people are surprised, and it's the reason the AI services exist at all.
Walking out the door each year
A rough estimate from your own numbers, not a promise. Even if it's half that, it dwarfs what this costs.
Rather just ask than read?
The website
Everything that goes in, as standard.
Not a features list padding out a quote. Every one of these is there because it changes whether somebody picks up the phone.
The AI Services
You were busy. They rang someone else.
A missed call from a new customer is usually a lost job. They don't leave a voicemail — they go back to Google and ring the next name down the list. This closes that gap in about eight seconds, without you touching your phone.
- Keep your own numberNothing changes on your signage, your cards or your website. Only the calls you don't answer get picked up in the background.
- Reviews asked for automaticallyJob finished and invoiced, a text goes out with a direct link to your Google review page — and a nudge a few days later if they forget.
- Quotes chased for youPriced a job and heard nothing back? It follows up at day 2, 5 and 10 instead of going quiet forever.
- Old customers brought backAnything on a yearly cycle gets a reminder when it's due. Work you'd never have got round to chasing.

Six month minimum · then rolling
One recovered enquiry is usually worth more than a month of this. That's the whole argument — if it isn't paying for itself, stop it.
Twenty minutes and you'll know if it's worth doing.
How it works
Three steps, about a week.
STEP 01
A twenty minute call
What you do, where you work, what you charge and which jobs you want more of. I take it from there — no forms, no brief to write.
STEP 02
I build it
You see it live before anyone else does. One round of changes included, and I'm not precious about them.
STEP 03
It goes live
Domain, hosting, Google, the lot. If you've taken the AI services, we test the missed-call text back on your own phone before you pay a penny of the monthly.
Straight answers
The questions I get asked every time.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays on the website, the cards and everything else. Your mobile is set to pass on only the calls you don't answer, so your phone rings exactly as it does now — the system only picks up the ones you miss.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one. If you stop the monthly, the site stays yours — I'll hand over the files or move it wherever you want it.
I've already got a website.
Then the question is whether it's bringing you work. If it is, leave it — you might only want the AI services. If it hasn't rung the phone in a year, it isn't a website, it's a business card nobody's looking at.
How long until I'm on the first page of Google?
Three to six months for the search results, realistically — and anyone promising faster is selling you something. Your Google Business Profile can move much quicker, often within weeks, which is why it's part of every build rather than an extra.
What if I want to stop the monthly?
After the first six months it's rolling — no notice period, no exit fee, stop whenever you like. The six month minimum only exists because there's no build fee upfront, so those months are what covers building the site in the first place.
What if I need something changed six months down the line?
You ring me and I do it. New phone number, new prices, a service you've stopped offering, photos from a job you're proud of — that's included for as long as the site is hosted with me, whether you paid upfront or monthly. There's no per-change fee and no ticket system.
Am I dealing with you or a team?
Me. You get my mobile, you ring it, I answer. That's the point of using one person rather than an agency where you're a ticket number.
What do you actually need from me?
Twenty minutes on the phone and whatever photos are on your camera roll. That's it. I write the words, sort the pictures where you haven't got them, and set up everything else.
Get in touch
Ring me. It's quicker than typing.
I'm Harley — this is me, not a call centre and not a sales team. Twenty minutes on the phone and you'll know whether it's worth doing.
